Banksy at the Museo M9 in Venice

Street-art is welcomed at the M9 Museum in Venice.

The exhibition Bansky. Painting Walls, produced by MetaMorfosi Eventi, in collaboration with M9 and curated by Sabina da Gregori will be open until 2 June 2024.

Bansky. Painting Walls is an urban language that enters the rooms of the Museo del Novecento as a new dialogue on current issues.

The over 70 works on display, including three original walls painted by Bansky in 2009, 2010 and 2018, contain strong reflections on the contradictions of modern society, contradictions that have always characterised street-art.

With their satirical and denunciatory style, Bansky's works perfectly embody today's society.
